| PADI courses from Advanced Open Water and onwards need to obtain a Croatian diving permit of €14 p.p. valid for 1 year |
| All dive packages exclude Croatian diving permits of €14 p.p. valid for 1 year throughout the whole of Croatia |
| Transport from and to the hotels or private accommodation is not included |
| All Packages exclude tourist tax (max. €1 per person per day) |
| Childeren from 0 to 12 years are free of tourist tax charge, children from 12 to 18 years receive 50% discount on tourist tax |

| A deposit of 50% is required to secure hotel & private accommodation |

| For July & August: when cancellations are made within 21 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be charged. Subject to changes |
| For other months: when cancellations are made within 14 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be charged. Subject to changes |
| When cancellations are made outside the periods as mentioned above the full paid amount will be returned minus transfer costs (in the region of 7.50 euro per refund) |
| Cancellations made upon arrival: the full amount of the booking will be charged |
| Portions, days or sessions of dive packages and courses can not be cancelled during your booked stay |
