- Equipment Service Specialist - Do you know how to service a regulator or deal with minor errors that can ruin the dive for you and other divers? This is a great course that teaches you how to take care of your equipment which leads to safe and confident diving!
- Nitrox specialty –By reducing the Nitrogen levels in your body diving is much safer and it greatly reduces the risk of DCS especially when diving as a dive professional. Also, the fact that you are less tired and have more energy after diving is a huge benefit!!
- AWARE – Coral Reef Conservation - Coral Reef Conservation Specialty course teaches you about the vital role coral reefs play in the marine environment and how these ecosystems are currently threatened. The course familiarizes you the current state of the world's coral reefs and explains how you as a Divemaster may advise individuals to help protect the living reef from further decline.
- Navigation Specialist - As a Divemaster you can lead divers anywhere in the world. Your divers count on you being their dive guide for finding the boat and / or exit point. Can we know all the reefs in the world? No we can’t, but in the Navigation Specialist course you learn all kinds of navigation patterns and practice them on 3 different dives and the use of the Nav finder chart which allows any reef to be drawn and detailed whilst diving.

Comment from Charli 2009
So now the time has come for me to add myself to the long list of people that spent their summer at Croatia Divers and well, what can I say ...I'm lost for words!! ha, only joking - when have you ever known that to happen with me (never!! note from the editor)
Then again what an impossible task to summarize an experience such as this but I'll try my best...as luck (and fate) would have it one sunny day in July a pale faced British girl with a mere 7 dives stepped tentatively into Croatia Divers. Some impressive tuition occured...then some beer penalties ....and 3 months later - just shy of 100 dives - shame :-) a slightly braver divemaster is leaving Vela Luka - what a miracle ! But that was not the best...this talkative female didn't just find a dive center - she found a second home made by all the people around me .. some people have all the luck! So to everyone who made this happen...
I have a final thing to say SUMMER 2010 Dave will be found indulging in his favorite game of 'finding Octopus', Markus will be asleep at the BBQ, Billy will be cooking Chili, glued to the Guardian website - giggling and coming up with more ''inspired jokes''. Marjolein will be playing Super-Mum and she and Bobby will be working like trojans to make sure that everybody is having as good a time as possible! (Bobby will be fixing something with a cable-tie) and Angelina will be in charge of it all!!
And I remain, I'll see you all next season for my IDC

Comment from Renato (Brazil) 2009
Ladies & gentlemen, good morning...Well after the analysis of the optimalisation process applied to the logistic chain of summer entertainment concentrated with the learning process of scuba diving at a professional level, it was observed that the 9 weeks I spent with Croatia Divers were absolutely fantastic. Thanks to all the staff that implemented the working premises and also out of it, a great friendly and family environment. It is time to go now, but I take with me the conclusion that it was a blast!! Hope to see you all again !

These 9 weeks were great!! Thanks to everybody. Marcin, Adam keep claiming the Intern house, Elektro can give advice on how to do the dishes...
Thanks to Dave...I started my diving from zero and I enjoyed it a lot. Thank to Billy too as Billy is great! I like soooo.. much all the team..that I feel sad to leave! Rydek triangle is for ever! ha,ha. The biggest kisses I send to Angelina... I had a great time with her and lots of fun and laughs-- good luck with the swimming and pool cleaning :-)
